The Upward Mission

Flag football, a growing alternative to full-contact football, teaches young athletes the fundamental skills

and concepts of the game.  In our 2026 season, we were thrilled to announce the addition of Upward Cheer.  

These programs aims to introduce young athletes to the sport while ensuring a safe environment for their growth

and development. Our mission is to promote the discovery of Jesus through the excitement of sports and cheer. 

FAQS

- The League is open for children ages 6yrs to 12yrs old. 

- Age and placement is determined by the age that they will be by the start of games.
